My Rackets started in 2017, in Paris, around racket sports. Tennis and squash, mostly. Anything with a string bed.
The padel chapter began in Barcelona, winter 2023. I spent a year helping build what’s now the largest community of padel enthusiasts in the world, and the thesis sharpened: padel deserves the same software infrastructure tennis has taken four decades to build.
Since then, we’ve been shipping. New ideas around padel and the people who play it, one product at a time.

A team of four.
Olivier Gracia — Founder. VC by background, padel obsessive otherwise. Writes the code, runs the product, plays four times a week. Based in Bournemouth.
Cris — The backbone. Holds the rest of the team together, runs operations, and makes sure things actually ship.
Plus two more on the team, working across the products. Small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing, big enough to keep three products moving.
