Long bio (150w). Olivier Gracia spent over a decade investing in consumer software before starting My Rackets in 2017. The company began in Paris around racket sports, then pivoted to padel in winter 2023 after Olivier spent a year in Barcelona helping build the largest community of padel enthusiasts in the world. My Rackets is now a team of four building three products: Courtside (iOS match tracking), Padel Coach Finder (coach marketplace), and PadelTech (independent gear reviews). The thesis is simple: padel is becoming one of the largest racquet sports on the planet, and it deserves the same software tooling tennis has taken four decades to build. Olivier plays four times a week, writes most of the product copy himself, and replies to partnership emails within two business days. My Rackets is independent and self-funded.
