Common questions.

01

Why does the Apple Watch app ask for Health access?

Courtside uses HealthKit to record your match as a workout and, when you allow access, show workout details such as heart rate, active energy, distance, and duration. You can still score a match if you choose not to grant access.

02

Where is my match data stored?

Your match data is stored in your private iCloud database and synced between your devices using CloudKit. Courtside uses the iCloud.com.olivier.courtside container. If iCloud is unavailable, the app keeps your data in a local store on your device.

03

How do I delete a match?

On your iPhone, open the match, tap Edit, then choose Delete match and confirm Delete. This permanently removes the match and its stats.

04

What do I need to use Courtside?

Courtside requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Wrist scoring and workout tracking require an Apple Watch running watchOS 11 or later.
